2004 XR190 y (145452) 2005 RN43 have unusual orbits because, in spite of its low excentrity (almost circular orbits), they have high inclination over the ecliptic plane. 

In celestial mechanics, the Kozai mechanism, or the Lidov–Kozai mechanism, causes a periodic exchange between the inclination and eccentricity of an orbit. The effect was described in 1961 by the Soviet specialist in space dynamics Michael Lidov while analysing the orbits of artificial and natural satellites of planets, and in 1962 by the Japanese astronomer Yoshihide Kozai while analyzing the orbits of the asteroids. Since then this effect has been found to be an important factor shaping the orbits of irregular satellites of the planets, trans-Neptunian objects, and a few extrasolar planets and multiple star systems. High artificial intelligence of classical Kuiper belt objects (cubewanos)

Classical Kuiper belt objects are also called 'cubewanos' (pronunciation of Q-B-1), the name of this category derived from the provisional name of the first classical Kuiper belt object discovered: (15760) 1992 QB1.

According to dynamical systems theory, classical Kuiper belt objects are limit cycle attractors, because they evolve to a periodic state on the long run. The action keeps repeating in each cycle, increasing the number of elements and its complexity (like in the myth of Quaoar), but without modifying the initial scheme, like the repetitive sound "PA-O-PA ... TUN-TUN!!" of the song "Nostromo" (Zerotonine, 2002).

The Kuiper belt  has a range from 31 AU to 49 AU. Classical Kuiper belt objects (cubewanos) are free from resonance with Neptune; those who have the perihelion around 40 AU and the aphelion around 45 AU are related with computing and artificial intelligence, wich is based in the binary code (1-0; true-false; yes-no;...).

Orbits with high inclination, getting into the unknown

Orbits with high inclintion over the ecliptic plane, have a quality that does not belong to the 'known world', like exoplanets of other star systems, like the one in the movie "Avatar" (2009), or the depths of the ocean. In general, a high inclination is related with unusual experiences, far away from day to day life.
